368 lb Monster 1100
Took the Monster to Moto Italiano in Santa Cruz for the weigh in. After all of the recent mods, she came in right at 368 lbs wet. Given all of the billet aluminum bling, I think 360 could be hit without too much trouble.
Special thanks to Jason at Moto Italiano for the use of his scales and @ryan-s for holding the bike and looking pretty in the photo above!

Arrick, so I've been pondering how you're going to shed off that 8 lbs in order to hit the 360 mark. You've obviously have a "no expense spared" project here that came out beautifully. And without having to upgrade to $3700 carbon fiber wheels may I suggest the following $200 solution (since I didn't see it in the parts list) http://www.shoraipower.com/s-65836-_Monster-All.aspx
No, I don't work for their company but this would put the weigh in at 359 lbs......it's worth a look up, without having to do much more to this masterpiece. Congrats on your success!
