I think my rotors are now fried due to a certain lever company sending wrong parts and instructions.

It had gotten back from having front end rebuilt not all that long ago and this didn't happen until the levers where installed. The company sent wrong parts numerous times and this was the result.

Uhm, that is a huge variation on both. Are you also measuring thickness? My money would be on alignment first...
