How to Buy Your First Monster
Step 1. Scour the Internet looking for a "deal".
Step 2. Find a neglected Monster on Craigslist; schedule a viewing.
Step 3. Bring an experienced Ducati owner to test ride and view with you; get the green light.
Step 4. Negotiate.
Step 5. Get your girl's approval.
Step 6. Make the deal.
Step 7. Sign the papers.
Step 8. Get the Monster home safely.
Step 9. Bask in your victory; overcome your shock and amazement that you actually made the deal.
Step 10. Ride with friends and enjoy many fun and safe travels.

LOL. I have my buddy at work convinced that he needs to get a Ducati. Been away from bikes for a while, but I think I have him looking at least.... Trouble is, he too has to get his gf to approve. Girls sure know how to put a damper on the fun sometimes.
Congrats. Love step 5. That was step one for me which took 5 months. Should have followed your method. Haha.
LOL. So true on so many occasions.
Note: we men are oblivious but #5 is actually #1 LOL
Congratulations and welcome on board!
Yes, after getting a waverunner, building two different mountain bikes, rebuilding another and buying this, I am sure I will be hearing about engagement rings every single day now.
LOL. Yeah he was pretty stoked about all the Benjamins. Wouldn't be surprised if he rolled around in them after we left. Nice guy though. And I think I got a good deal overall.
Thank you! Ducati was always my top choice. Their machines are what originally got me interested in learning to ride. Wish I started sooner!
very nice, congrats
Love the shot of the guy counting the Money. Don't know who's happier you or him!!! Congrats dude.
Nice photo story. I beleive there is no 'happy' like a Ducati happy. Congrats...
LOL. While I plan on keeping this one for a very long time since it is my first, I'm not opposed to adding others. But, my bank account is unhappy right now.
Ah yeah, although you look pretty suave in the last shot while I look as if I have a gut.... I guess that jacket needs to get broken in a bit.
gotta love the step 3 ;)
Thank you. Only took me about 4 years to finally do it. Lol.
