I have the same helmet/glove combo. Find the helmet a little noisy without earplugs, but the gloves are great.

Agv makes the helmet. I paid 300 from the dealership. I bought it with the bike. I think they gave me 10% off

It fits great. I got an extra small. Feels good while riding, not heavy at all.
