Introduction

Ducati Community is committed to protecting your privacy when you use the Ducati Community Service. The Ducati Community Privacy Policy describes how Ducati Community and its affiliates treat personal information when you use Ducati Community. Collection and Use of Personal Information

You can use Ducati Community without having a Ducati Community account. You can also contact us about a particular video, picture, audio file or other posting without having a Ducati Community account. Certain other activities on Ducati Community, such as uploading pictures and videos, posting comments, or creating blogging updates, requires you to have a Ducati Community account. We ask for some personal information when you create a Ducati Community account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A Ducati Community account allows you to access many of our services that require registration.

Personally identifiable information. We may collect personally identifiable information from you when you seek access to certain portions of the Ducati Community Service, publish or download content, and/or register for our services. Any pictures, audio files, videos, comments and other media that you submit to the Ducati Community Service may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

We may share aggregated, statistical, non-personally identifiable information about users of Ducati Community with third-parties, including our distributors, vendors, actual and potential customers and third-parties that offer products or services for use with the Ducati Community Service.
